Gave myself a half day

So obviously I went for a long bike ride exploring the city. Found a bargain movie theater playing skyfall so I huffed it to the liquor store and got a pint of bicardi and gonna get into some skyfall. It's only a few miles to my house so riding home drunk in the dark should be of no concern. I saw all these previews when I saw Argo. Fuck this kid and his tiger on the real.

casino royale - 9.6
skyfall - 9.2

comes down to pacing. story was great, visually was mystifying at times (one scene when bond comes up an escalator particularly) but the pacing was just a bit slow. action sagged at times unlike royale. still a fitting cap to the craig era. good action flick.

yeah the campaign was kinda shit. very cheap laughs and only a few of them.

moonrise kingdom was the last good flick i saw

argo was kinda shit. maybe i just like stereotypical action cookie cutter shit cuz bond was way better.

i heard it was good too.

the campaign was so so so so so bad.
