Sand bags barricading the doors and windows, eating cold tins of beans, pooping in bags and drinking his own piss?

I'm sure he's being extra scitzo and either is living on the street again because his dad couldn't handle it anymore or he's committed.

most likely he's homeless though because if his dad was cool with him being homeless last time i doubt he'd try and commit him this time.
