when i was 10 i met eric lindros in the hartford whalers locker room. he was my hero. my friends sister knew finnish and yelled at sami kappenen after a game and for the flyers game (they had janne nenima) we got to go in the locker room cuz we were friends. anyway i got to meet my hero. he wouldnt look me in the eye, signed my ticket and shut me out. sucks. thats what a_d just did to me.

lindros was my favorite player when I started watching hockey. flyers were my team until tampa got a team. loved the lindros/leclair beatdown combo. the year they got swept by the red wings in the finals literally broke up my relationship with the girl I lost my virginity to. i hate the red wings.
