i did the same thing last night. i stopped drinking but now i smoke a ton of weed so i get hungry as fuck and occasionally eat too much.

i drank a coffee this morning and took a big poop and now i feel wonderful. not hungry yet though, haven't eaten today after eating like 10 oreos before bed.
